Begin your weight management journey at Momentum Arthritis & Wellness with your first visit! Initial visits are approximately one hour, and follow-ups are 15-30 minutes. The initial visit includes a complete physical. We'll thoroughly review your medical history and specific goals, and order labs if warranted. Visits also include generalized nutritional guidance.

In your initial consultation, we will dedicate time to understanding your unique health goals and concerns. This session also provides an opportunity for you to learn more about our team and services, ensuring that you feel comfortable and confident in entrusting us with your health.The appointment includes a complete medical history and physical examination.

Comprehensive Assessment

Delving into your complete health history, the provider will conduct various tests and assessments to provide a comprehensive overview of your health. Our team will analyze all of the information and develop a customized weight loss plan tailored specifically for you. Your plan may include an EKG, lab work, keeping a food diary, and/or starting a weight loss medication

    Our 7-Day PCOS Diet is designed to address common concerns of women struggling with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome including excess body weight, insulin resistance, acne, and high blood pressure.
